Definition and effect of the contract
1.1 – This contract (“Contract”) is a distance contract pursuant to art. 50 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (“Consumer Code”). The Contract has as its object the sale of movable goods between Illuminati lighting srl Via Lombardia 12/d 31038 Paese – TV and the consumer (the “Customer”). The Contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by Illuminati lighting Srl of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer via the internet.
1.2 These general conditions of sale (“General Conditions”) and, in particular, the information referred to in art. 52 of the Consumer Code, as provided by Illuminati lighting srl and reported on the Site, will remain valid and effective until they are modified and/or integrated by Illuminati lighting srl. Any changes and/or additions to the General Conditions will be effective from the date they are communicated to the public and they will apply to sales made from that date. The latest updated version of the General Conditions is the one available on the Site.
Orders
Orders are accepted only and exclusively in written form, or by fax, or via Internet (online). The customer who sends the order via Internet, will receive confirming of the order by electronic mail (E-mail), indicating the relevant order number. If customer doesn’t receive it (after a few minutes), the proposal will be considered as not accepted, for all legal purposes, even if for accounting, administrative or due to product shortages.
Prices
All prices entered on the site are expressed in Euros and are VAT included. Prices may be changed at any time, without notice.
Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s conventional warranty and by warranty for defects of conformity for 24 months. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the purchase document as it must be shown for assistance. The 24-month warranty applies to the product that presents a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. In case of lack of conformity, we will repair/replace it. The item for which warranty intervention is requested, must be returned by the Customer complete in all its parts (any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, etc…), furthermore, to avoid damage during transport, we recommend taking care the packaging.
The warranty does not cover consumable components such as light bulbs. The drivers are covered by warranty for the 2 years following purchase.
The warranty becomes void in the event of tampering with the products, poor functioning of the electrical system or incorrect installation of the products.
Payments
Payment can be made in the following ways:
PAYPAL / STRIPE / CREDIT CARD.
It will be possible to choose 3 different types of payment: Paypal, Stripe or Credit Card. For credit card payments it is not necessary to have a PayPal or Stripe account. You can use any credit or prepaid card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carta Aura, Postepay, etc.).
With PayPal and Stripe your data is safe: we will receive the payment in real time, without share your credit card details with us. Furthermore, PayPal and Stripe monitor transactions 24 hours a day and uses encrypted systems to prevent fraud and any unpleasant situation.
Delivery times and methods
The products will be delivery in approximately 7-10 days from the order, excluding islands and remote or particularly disadvantaged locations (e.g. smaller islands), which require a few more days. If a product is not available, you will be contacted and we will inform you of the waiting times. In this case you can decide whether to process the order even partially, whether to wait for the unavailable item to arrive or whether to cancel the order.
The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer, street level and not on the floor. We ship from Monday to Friday and exclude holidays.
It is our duty to inform you that delivery times may vary due to causes beyond our control (e.g. force majeure, climatic factors, critical traffic and road conditions in general).
It is important to indicate a valid email address and telephone number. Courier provides delivery on working days/hours. It is not possible to predict the delivery time, nor to request telephone contact.
In the event of storage or return of the package due to the recipient absent, additional costs will be added to the recipient for the new shipment. Following non-delivery, if cancellation and refund of the order is requested, the shipping and/or return costs of the package will be deducted from the amount.
Technical information
The technical information included on the WWW.ILLUMINATI-LIGHTING.IT website is obtained from the information communicated by the design department. Therefore, we to modify/adapt the technical and dimensional information of the products in the catalogue, even without any prior notice.
Risk and ownership
The goods are shipped carriage paid. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with the transport document attached to the package. In case of discrepancies, customer must within 48 hours, by sending a specific communication via email to our offices (info@illuminati-lighting.it) attaching photos of the damage found. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must still be checked. Any report made without respecting the procedure and deadlines indicated will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is stated.
Beyond this deadline, we decline any responsibility for any anomalies found. We do not accept complaints for products already installed.
